Lawsuits mount as Yamaha Rhino rollover victims seek damages
The number of lawsuits against Yamaha continues to increase as victims of Yamaha Rhino rollovers seek damages caused by the dangerous vehicles. Yamaha now finds itself in the position of defending Yamaha Rhino lawsuits, while at the same time it joined in a press release with the Consumer Product Safety Commission advising Rhino owners: “Consumers should immediately stop using these popular recreational vehicles until the repair is installed by a dealer.”
Can Yamaha have it both ways? Either the vehicles are dangerously unstable and fail to provide protection for occupants’ extremities, or they are safe and don’t need to be recalled. The Yamaha Rhino attorneys of the ATV Attorney Alliance believe that the evidence is clear: the Rhino is a dangerously designed vehicle which should never have been placed on the market.
